What is Evaporation?
Evaporation is drying the product with heat; i.e. evaporating some of the water the product contains. Multiple-effect evaporation system is used in the relevant facilities. Steam is used in various ways in all 5 stages for a cost-effective evaporation process. Organic and inorganic waste remaining after yeast fermentation are sent to the evaporation facility, where they are concentrated to be used by various industries, thus contributing to the circular economy.
